Client context and challenges

• Custom made ERP being used for 15Y with tough change management needed to onboard the business teams

• Very specific logistics requirements managing project and normal stock with special rush order process

• Stakeholder involvement not high when starting the BBP, greater involvement and S4 demo showcasing the opportunity was needed

• Huge logistics opportunity especially for the service BU must be leveraged while ensuring the new solution will not put operations and order fulfillment at risk
  

Scope and approcach

• Agile BBP Workshop planning mixing classic Workshops, Workshops on the warehouse floor and system Demo sessions implemented

• Involved CFO and CIO for 1 day BBP design during one warehouse visit workshop

• Worked closely with other streams leads in order to ensure E2E integration design

• Most complex EWM flows were prototyped and presented in a Demo ensuring alignment between EWM IT functionality and business expectation
