Get to know Royal Mosa

Royal Mosa BV has been producing a wide range of tiles for more than 135 years and markets them in more than 50 countries on four continents. Today, Mosa still designs, develops and produces its tiles in Maastricht, the Netherlands, the city where the company was founded in 1883.

Mosa had integrated a WMS but that no longer met today’s requirements; one could only pick on paper and not scan. Mosa was keen to take a big step towards automation.

Mosa has 2 warehouses, 1 in Beek and 1 in Brunssum. The processes are identical in both warehouses and in both CORAX SaaS WMS has been implemented. The logistics operation at the two locations is carried out by logistics service provider DSV.

Quick implementation

It was decided to first implement the warehouse in Beek and then the warehouse in Brunssum. With the knowledge gained by Mosa from the Beek implementation, Mosa has largely implemented CORAX independently in Brunssum.

Thanks to its user-friendliness, CORAX can be learned quickly, both in terms of implementation and in daily use. Because Davanti uses the Train-the-Trainer principle, key users can, for example, train new colleagues very quickly.
